Job Summary

The Business Analyst supports the business technology and product teams by conducting research, analyzing business processes, and evaluating system requirements to drive product improvements. This role ensures that ERP and technology solutions align with business needs and deliver measurable value.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and product teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the needs.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements or opportunities for automation.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to facilitate and inform product and process decisions.
• Assist in creating functional specifications and user stories for product development.
• Support testing, validation, and quality assurance activities.
• Track KPIs, metrics, and user feedback to measure product and process performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Provide input for testing strategies and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

 

Qualifications

• Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience
  • 2–3 years of experience in business analysis, product support, or related roles.
  • Experience with ERP systems, business process mapping, or software delivery is preferred.
• Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, workflows, and requirements documentation.
  • Experience with business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Excel, Lucidchart).
  • Ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Soft Skills
  • Proactive: Should anticipate potential challenges and act before they become problems.
  • Adaptable: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, priorities, and challenges. Should be flexible enough to adjust plans as needed.
