Position Summary

As a Financial ERP Consultant, you'll be more than just an employee; you'll be a vital part of our mission. Reporting to the Head of the Implementation Team, you'll work closely with clients and teammates alike, embodying our values of sincerity, understanding, and positive impact.

As a NetSuite Financial ERP Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and executing the implementation of the NetSuite ERP system, particularly focused on financial modules. This role requires working closely with clients to assess their business needs, configure and customize NetSuite solutions, and provide training and support to ensure the ERP system is optimized for their financial and accounting processes. Your expertise will help businesses streamline their financial operations, improve reporting, and ensure regulatory compliance.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations with a focus on financial modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Cash Management, etc.
• Be the go-to expert for functional and technical project aspects, sharing your knowledge generously.
• Analyze client needs and configure NetSuite to enhance financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities
• Develop and maintain customized financial reports and dashboards to provide clients with actionable insights..
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate financial management and efficiency.
• Share industry best practices and recommend solutions to improve financial management and efficiency.
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

 

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You MUST have 3 years’ experience dealing with ERP system applications (NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP) and/or consulting.
• Proven experience with NetSuite financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Reporting).
• Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience with financial reporting tools and dashboards.
• CPA Designation is an asset
• NetSuite certification is a plus.
