Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR & Payroll Specialist to support the Head of People and
Culture in Canada with HR operations across both the Philippines and Canada.
This role manages end-to-end recruitment, Philippine payroll processing, HR administration,
compliance, and reporting. Payroll responsibilities apply specifically to Philippines-based
employees, including statutory compliance and government-mandated contributions.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly organized, comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving
environment, and able to work on an EST schedule.
