Job Summary

The Delivery Consultant is responsible for executing client projects, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards, and supporting the overall success of the project. This role works closely with clients and internal teams to implement ERP solutions and provide operational support throughout the project lifecycle.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project implementation and delivery according to project plans.
• Support configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP modules.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide guidance on ERP usage.
• Document processes, workflows, and project progress to ensure effective management.
• Escalate issues to senior team members or project managers when necessary.
• Contribute to post-implementation support and knowledge transfer.

 

Qualifications

• Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. NetSuite Foundations Certified is required.
• Experience
  • 1 –3 years of experience in ERP implementation, consulting, or related roles.
• Technical Skills
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
  • Familiarity with project documentation and support tools.
• Soft Skills
  • Proactive: Should anticipate potential challenges and act before they become problems.
  • Adaptable: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, priorities, and challenges. Should be flexible enough to adjust plans as needed.
