Job Summary

The QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring ERP and software solutions meet functional and business requirements through systematic testing. This role executes test plans, documents results, and collaborates with developers and product teams to identify and resolve defects.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Execute test plans and test cases based on business and technical requirements.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide input from a QA perspective.
• Maintain testing documentation and ensure reusability of test assets.
• Support automation efforts under the guidance of the QA Lead.
• Provide feedback on usability, performance, and overall product quality.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for ERP modules and related solutions.
• Document test results, track defects, and follow up on resolutions to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, consultants, and product managers to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.

 

Qualifications

• Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in software testing or ERP quality assurance.
  • QA certifications (ISTQB or equivalent) are considered an asset.
• Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and testing methodologies.
  • Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
  • Understanding of manual and automated testing techniques.
  • Knowledge of API automation tools like Postman
  • Exposure to Web automation tools like Selenium, Playwright is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or scripting is an advantage.
