Administrator & Authorized Users

An Administrator is named on each Support Agreement and that contact has the ability to add/remove authorized users of the service. This allows the administrator to give as much or as little access to the service as they choose

Pay as you go - No commitment thresholds

Submitted requests are billed up to two hours based on effort utilization. For example, if you call in to ask a question which only takes 15 mins to answer, you will be invoiced for only the 15 mins! If the required effort is more than two hours, an estimate with breakdown will be provided for approval

There are no minimum thresholds quotas for the month and there are no penalties for minor or increased usage periods. Elim’s On Demand NetSuite Service is designed to not only support your NetSuite plans but also be there for your unexpected needs. Removing the concept of minimum quota or overage truly allows the service to be there as you need
