Role Overview
The successful candidate will be highly driven, energetic, and passionate about
ensuring the qualification and generation of new opportunities that will drive the
company’s high growth numbers. The qualified candidate should have a passion
for sales and a desire to grow and develop as a salesperson.

What You’ll Do
Responsible for functions within the full sales cycle which includes but is not limited to:
- Develop new business opportunities.
- Manage existing sales pipeline.
- Identify and contact decision-makers and reps.
- Screen potential business opportunities and select the deals inline with
strategies.
- Document and communicate the results of your efforts.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings with stakeholders.
- Respond to questions from sales channels, prospects, and executives.
- Create proposals, presentations, and delivery them in a professional way.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and demos.
- Negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals Prospect onboarding
Knowledge transfers.
- Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with prospects and partners.
- Work with executives to further develop and implement outbound sales,
business development strategy, and facilitate pitch logistics.
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term
sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
- Analyze sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company in
order to improve sales pipelines, processes, and strategies.
- Work alongside the services team to drive revenue into the organization by
following up and coordinating with consultants and PM’s to get quotes out
in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date on the latest products, services, internal process and IT
advancements.
What You Bring
- BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- 1+ years of proven work experience as a Sales Representative in IT software or services.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Working experience with sales techniques and sales performance metrics.
- Ability to negotiate pricing, suggest ideas, and deliver engaging presentations.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Experience creating reports and giving presentations.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. NetSuite, HubSpot, or Salesforce).
- Proficiency with G Suite Products and Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, & Outlook.
- High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, and initiative.
- Self-starter, entrepreneur mentality with commitment, professionalism, and integrity.
- Nice to have: Worked as an Account Manager or similar role.
- A successful track record in B2B sales, sales negotiation, or lead generation techniques.

- You're as comfortable with a mouse and keyboard as you are with a team
and client.
- You're flexible, understanding that sometimes the extra mile is necessary.
