Role Overview

As a Sr. Technical/Functional Consultant, you'll be a cornerstone of our mission, leading both resources and clients through a variety of projects. Your expertise will shape and drive workflow solutions, making a tangible impact on our clients' businesses.

What You’ll Do

• Define technical architecture and design documents.
• Develop proofs of concept on the NetSuite platform.
• Lead the implementation of technical solutions.
• Act as a Technical Subject Matter Expert for internal teams.
• Manage client system roadmaps and provide insightful feedback.
• Support user acceptance testing and balance multiple project deliveries.
• Assist in pre-sales activities and identify additional client service needs.
• Lead your technical team, managing tasks and acting as an escalation point.

 

Who You Are

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in client/server web applications with a Relational Database backend (Oracle preferred).
• Proficiency in web application design and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience with NetSuite, SAP, Siebel, Oracle, or similar business applications.
• An undergraduate degree in a relevant field is preferred.

 

Additional Skills

• Proficiency in error resolution and debugging.
• Knowledge of XML/XSL and Web Services.
